Djeema provides digital marketing, website design and development, SEO, digital business tools, downloadable products, e-books and related services. The exact scope, price, delivery schedule and revisions for a customised service will be stated on the relevant page, quotation, invoice or written conversation.
Orders and Payments
- Prices displayed as “from” are starting prices and may change according to the project scope.
- Custom work begins only after the scope and required payment are confirmed.
- Payments must be made through an approved method shown on the website or invoice.
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate content, instructions, approvals and materials needed to complete a service. You confirm that you have permission to use any text, images, logos, trademarks or other material supplied to us. Delays in providing information or approval may change the delivery schedule.
Digital Products and Licence
Unless a product page states otherwise, digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, copy for commercial distribution, remove ownership notices from, or claim authorship of a Djeema digital product.
Intellectual Property
Djeema retains ownership of its website content, branding, templates, written material, software, e-books and original digital assets unless rights are expressly transferred in writing. Client-owned materials remain the property of the client.
Delivery, Revisions and Acceptance
Delivery estimates depend on the scope and timely customer cooperation. Revision limits, where applicable, will be stated in the selected package or quotation. Digital-product delivery is governed by our Digital Product Delivery Policy.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Custom services already started and digital products already delivered may not be eligible for a refund except where required by applicable law or where the item is defective and cannot be corrected.

Some services depend on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, search engines, social networks, messaging services and payment gateways. Their availability, approvals, policies and performance are outside Djeema’s control. We cannot guarantee search rankings, platform approval, uninterrupted third-party service or a specific level of business results.

Limitation of Liability
