This Digital Product Delivery Policy explains how Djeema supplies e-books, templates, downloads, software, and other digital educational products purchased through djeema.com or an authorised Djeema payment link.
Electronic delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically; no physical item will be shipped. After successful payment confirmation, delivery may be provided through a download link on the order-confirmation page, by email, through a customer account, or by another method stated on the product page.
Delivery timing
Delivery is normally initiated promptly after payment is confirmed. In some cases, payment verification, security checks, email delays, maintenance, or technical issues may delay access. Orders requiring manual review will be delivered after the review is completed.
Customer information
You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address and accurate order details. Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders if the delivery email does not arrive.
Download access
Any download period, access duration, device limit, or number of permitted downloads will be stated on the relevant product page or in the order message. Please download and securely store your purchased file within any stated access period.
Delivery problems
If you do not receive access after payment confirmation, or if a file is incomplete, corrupt, or incorrect, use the Contact page on djeema.com. Include your name, order or payment reference, purchase date, and a description of the problem. Never send your card PIN, UPI PIN, password, OTP, or full banking credentials.
Failed or pending payments
A pending or failed transaction does not complete an order. If money appears to have been debited but the order is not confirmed, please allow the bank or payment provider to update the transaction and then contact us with the payment reference if assistance is still required.
Licence and permitted use
Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use. Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, copied for others, publicly posted, or used to create a competing product.
Updates
Future updates or ongoing access are included only when expressly stated on the product page. Djeema may improve or replace files while preserving the essential nature of the purchased product.
